Summary Explanation/Background Information on Agenda Request:
A General Municipal election of the City of Stuart shall be held on August 17, 2021 for the election of City Commission Group II and Group IV. Early voting begins on August 9, 2021 and ends on August 13, 2021 at the Martin County Supervisor of Elections Office.
An Elections Agreement between the City of Stuart and Martin County Supervisor of Elections is attached as Exhibit A, and is a summary of selected election activities and notations outlining the jurisdiction responsibilities of both parties.
