Summary Explanation/Background Information on Agenda Request:
On October 22nd, 2018 the City Commission adopted Ordinance 2371-2018, which is a residential town-home project on a parcel located on the south west corner of NW Jenson Beach Blvd and NW Green River Pkwy known as "Osprey Preserve".
Exhibit C, Development Conditions, condition #35 of the approving ordinance requires plat approval prior to any development activity. Pursuant to the terms of the PUD, the City must approve the plat if it is in compliance with the development order.
The City's Consultants, Northstar Geometrics and Kimley Horn Engineering have reviewed the plat for consistency with Chapter 177, Florida Statutes and the City's Land Development Code and provided comments which the applicant has addressed.
