Summary Explanation/Background Information on Agenda Request:
This solicitation was advertised in the Palm Beach Post on February 11, 2021. DemandStar notified three hundred and fourteen (314) potential bidders, there sixteen (16) plan holders, and issued ten (10) bid packages for this project. Four (4) bids were received by the bid opening date and time of 2:30 pm. March 11, 2021. The lowest bidder Bid Dog Express was deemed non-responsive for failure to provide bid bond in accordance with Section 2.11 BONDS A. Bond Guarantee of original solicitation.
