Summary Explanation/Background Information on Agenda Request:

Stuart Housing Authority terms are 4-year terms, but in 2018, staggered terms were created to ensure continued representation. Ms. Clarke's is a dedicated board member of the Stuart Housing Authority and her current term expires on May 21, 2021.

Ms. Clark and the Stuart Housing Authority are requesting the City Commission ratify the appointment of Ms. Clark to the Board for a 4-year term from May 21, 2021 through May 21, 2025.
