Staff will present a breakdown of the housing approval/construction pipeline and policy affecting development activity.

Recent development proposals have created community discussion regarding implementation of density within the City. It is important for staff to have direction regarding the implementation of requests to develop to the  allocations set out within the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code.

Staff will be presenting an interactive map of Future Land Use density allocations.

Commission are requested to discuss and provide feedback to enable staff to take appropriate policy action.
