DemandStar notified two hundred ninety-six (296) potential bidders, there were eighteen (18) plan holders, and issued nine (9) bid packages for this project. Four (4) bids were received by the bid opening date and time of 2:30 pm. February 10, 2021
Captec Engineer of record has checked references and recommends award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, for a total unit price $529, 072.08.
