RESOLUTION No. 06-2021; A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF STUART, FLORIDA ADOPTING AMENDMENT 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. LPA0046 FOR THE ALTERNATIVE WATER SUPPLY PROJECT; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT 2; DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Summary Explanation/Background Information on Agenda Request:
The City received a $250,000.00 State of Florida Appropriation (Agreement No. LPA0046) during the 2019 legislative session for the engineering design of the Alternative Water Supply project. Amendment 2 provides $1,000,000.00 in additional funding for construction of the Alternative Water Supply project, which was received during the 2020 legislative session.
In addition, Amendment 2 makes the following revisions to Agreement No. LPA0046:
- Attachment 3-1, Grant Work Plan, is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Attachment 3-2, Revised Grant Work Plan, which has been incorporated into Amendment 2. All references in Agreement No. LPA0046 to Attachment 3-1, shall hereinafter refer to Attachment 3-2, Revised Grant Work Plan.
- Attachment 5, Special Audit Requirements, is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Attachment 5-1, Revised Special Audit Requirements, which has been incorporated into Amendment 2. All references in Agreement No. LPA0046 to Attachment 5, shall hereinafter refer to Attachment 5-1, Revised Special Audit Requirements.

Exhibit C, Disbursement Request Package, is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit C-1, Payment Request Summary Form, which has been incorporated into Amendment 2. All references in Agreement No. LPA0046 to Exhibit C, shall hereinafter refer to Exhibit C-1, Payment Request Summary Form.
All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain in effect.
