The Conceptual Plan includes:
- Trees removed to avoid conflicts with underground utilities.
- Trees removed that are in poor health.
- Removed trees are replaced with Purple Tabebuias in all areas except where building building facades are immediately adjacent to sidewalks.
- Removed trees are replaced with Double Adonidia Palms in areas where building facades are immediately adjacent to sidewalks.
- New landscape islands have been added where possible, with coconut Palms and groundcover.
- .Medjool Palms have been added to existing landscape median adjacent to Memorial Park.
- Memorial pavers and Japanese Fern Trees will be located near the band shell for those wishing to honor their loved-ones.
