This agreement has a renewal provision under the original terms, conditions, prices, and specifications for the first of four (1 year) renewal periods. Contract performance has been satisfactory, and the firm has agreed to the renewal. Staff recommends the renewal period effective September 25,2020 through September 24, 2021.
