Summary Explanation/Background Information on Agenda Request:
CARES Act funding has been released to Martin County who will be the sole distributor of those funds. As such municipalities can request funds from the CARES Act through Martin County for approved expenditures. Martin County has established a protocol for this process and this item is to authorize the city manager to execute the memorandum of agreement with the county as well as all related documents to request funds.
