This Utility Service Agreement serves nineteen (19) apartment units at 603 SE Federal Highway in Stuart.
The Developer has requested, and the City has agreed, to base water and sewer availability fees on comparable apartments.
The Utility Service Agreement includes a provision that allows the City to evaluate water use twelve (12) months after the Certificate of Occupancy and should the water use be more than what is identified in the Agreement, the Developer would be required to pay the additional fees within 30 days.
