Summary Explanation/Background Information on Agenda Request:
On April 1, 2020, Governor DeSantis entered Emergency Order 20-91 which mandates social distancing practices and describes essential businesses.
Specifically, EO 20-91 directs that all persons in Florida shall limit their movements and personal interactions outside of their home to only those necessary to obtain or provide essential services or conduct essential activities.
The Commission will discuss the terms of the Emergency Order and the impact it will have on the City of Stuart.
