This item proposes amendments to Appendix A to the City's Code of Ordinances. The amendments incorporate changes recommended by the Community Redevelopment Agency, the Development, Police, Public Works and Community Services departments.

The amendments affect the following Chapters of Appendix A:

The application types, fees, rates, and charges in Chapter 10 of Appendix “A” are amended to include fees to reinstate expired permits and permit time extensions.   

The application types, fees, rates, and charges in Chapter 12 of Appendix “A” are amended to align with Martin County’s towing and storage fees.

The application types, fees, rates, and charges in Chapter 34 of Appendix “A” are amended to correct a rounding error.

The application types, fees, rates, and charges in Chapter 36 of Appendix “A” are amended to include more descriptive language relating to fees, the addition of fees for the Stuart Shuffleboard Community Center, Wayfinding sign fees, and Tram advertising fees.

The application types, fees, rates, and charges in Chapter 42 of Appendix “A” are amended to correct a rounding and scribner errors.
