Summary Explanation/Background Information on Agenda Request:
As set forth in Section 163.356(3)(c), Florida Statutes, the City of Stuart Community Redevelopment Agency is required to file with the governing body, on or before March 31 of each year, a report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year, which report shall include a financial statement setting forth the Agency's income and expenses as of the end of such fiscal year. At the time of filing of such financial report, the Agency is required to publish in a newspaper of general circulation in the community a notice to the effect that such report has been filed with the City and that the report is available for inspections during business hours in the Development Department and in the City Clerk's Office. Notice of this report was published in The Palm Beach Post. A copy of the report will be sent to the County Administrator and other taxing entities by mail.
