In response to the demand for housing within the City limits, the City Commission and the Development Department have approved projects in the last year including attached townhomes, apartment buildings and single family residences. There are several housing projects that are being proposed at this time including the Stuart-Springtree RPUD with 289 units located at the City's southern border which is scheduled to be heard by the Local Planning Agency at it's January meeting.
This afternoon's workshop presentation will include a chart listing townhomes, apartments and single family homes for the following categories:
1. Housing Units in review.
2. Housing Units that have been approved.
3. Housing units that have been built.
