Summary Explanation/Background Information on Agenda Request:
The City Commission intends to regulate the use of plastics on City property. The intent of the regulation is to curb the use of plastics by food and beverage service providers.
At first reading, the City approved the Ordinance. It will be fully effective beginning January 1, 2021.
