The Arts Council of Martin County is proposing an Arts & Entertainment District designation for the neighborhood located south of Colorado Blvd., and North of Dixie Highway. The boundary for the Arts & Entertainment District is yet to be determined. The Arts Council is looking for consensus from the board to continue pursuing the Arts & Entertainment District.
