RESOLUTION No. 08-2019 CRA; A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF STUART, FLORIDA ADOPTING THE TENTATIVE CRA BUDGET AND CRA CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) OF THE CITY OF STUART, FLORIDA, FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2019 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2020; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Summary Explanation/Background Information on Agenda Request:
The CRA has prepared a tentative CRA budget and CRA Capital Improvement Projects list for FY 2020. Annually, in conjunction with the budget calendar, the CRA must approve a CIP list. This list is consistent with current and ongoing projects, as well as future potential projects that would include funds from Tax Increment Revenues.
On August 6, 2019, the Community Redevelopment Board unanimously recommended approval of the tentative CRA budget for FY 2020.
