Effective January 1, 2020, we will no longer be leasing the Flagler Center to the current tenant. There has been discussion about the city operating it ourselves as well as some desire from private and non-profit to run the facility. Stuart Mainstreet would like the opportunity to direct lease the facility with the expectation that revenues generated would eventually go to self funding their organization as well as enhancements to their organization and the facility area.
