Summary Explanation/Background Information on Agenda Request:
As part of the parking study recommendations the city commission moved adoption of the immediate solutions within the study. Extending the 3 hour parking restrictions to 8PM was one of those recommendations. Revision of Ordinance to reflect the new parking enforcement hours in the parking district downtown is reflected in this code change.
