On October 12, 2017, the selection committee reviewed and approved the rate schedules. The selection committee requests authorization to execute the master agreements subsequent to review and approval by City Attorney for award of REI# 2017-172, Professional Engineering Services.
These services will include serving as City’s professional consulting representative for various engineering projects, providing professional consultation, advice, and furnishing customary engineering by Work Authorization on an as needed basis. The detailed scope of services to be performed and schedule of fees for those services shall be detailed in each Work Authorization.
Term of this agreement shall be for an initial period of two (2) years with the option of three (3) additional one-year renewal periods.
