Representatives from Lennar Homes will be here to present to the City Commission related to a proposed 120+ unit housing development project.
Attorney Note: When a presentation is on the agenda, the Commission is prevented from taking action because of notice requirements. Generally there is no public comment following a presentation because there is no action being taken. Of course the Commission is free to accept comments and discuss the matter as long as no subtantstive actions are taken.
