Summary Explanation/Background Information on Agenda Request:
On Second reading, the Commission is being asked to amend our current ordinance to comply with State Law which prevents the collection of a business tax from realtors. The City has already been complying with the State statute so the change has no financial impact and it simply revises the code to be consistent with State Statutes.
