Summary Explanation/Background Information on Agenda Request:
A license agreement between the City of Stuart, Stuart Main Street Association, Inc., and the Downtown Business Association of Stuart, Inc. to use the RiverWalk Stage and adjacent park area in Downtown Stuart to hold a weekly outdoor concert series.
NOTES:
1) Stuart Main Street Association, Inc., and the Downtown Business Association of Stuart, Inc. agrees to pay for a Stuart PD officer for added public safety and traffic control during peak months (February, March & April) and throughout the year, at the discretion of the City Manager or his designee.
2) Stuart Main Street Association, Inc., and the Downtown Business Association of Stuart, Inc. agrees to working with the Green Market to maintain/clean the restrooms and assure that the trash carts provided by the City are utilized properly.
Funding Source:
N/A - License agreement yields $1,500 annually.
